Data Entry Clerk - Adecco : Job Details

We are searching for a Data Entry Clerk for a manufacturer in Warrendale, PA. Job duties for the Data Entry position:

• Maintain data entry and update requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Verify entered data in company's ERP system, by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Cross-reference data across multiple sources to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies or errors, utilizing MS Excel functions
• Generate reports and present data in a clear and concise manner to assist with decision-making processes within the company

Qualifications for the Data Entry position:

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Proven data entry work experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on MS Office products, ERP/MRP and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Inventory experience preferred
