The main function of this role is to receive and validate product return requests, return order entry and subsequent communications with assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities:
-Order Entry (Manual | Excel Upload)
-Maintaining account requests via shared outlook inbox
-Validating sales history and other details in ERP system
- Communicate with customers of RA status while supporting inquiries and changes
Skills:
-Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and be efficient with time management.
-Ability to accurately enter return orders
-Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Individual/Shared).
Education/Experience:
-Completed Bachelor's Degree
- SAP
-5+ Years Work Experience in Related Business Field
-Excel (VLOOKUP | Pivot tables)
