Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry of technician reports accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with technicians and vendors to obtain work completion documents, photos, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure timely updates to internal databases.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email to request missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create, manage, and share reports.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate job records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient document processing.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort in making follow-up phone calls.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
