Title: Remarketing Coordinator IIPay Rate: $20.00/hrLocation: Lewisville, TX (2-days remote/3-days onsite Hybrid Schedule)The Remarketing Coordinator will support the Vehicle Remarketing function, processing the sale of auction vehicles in compliance with internal Auction Sale Agreements and Comprehensive Auction Agreements. Work requires strong independent judgment and decision-making initiative.Major Position Duties and Responsibilities:Placing outbound phone calls to verify vehicle/title ownershipCollecting and researching current licenses, completing necessary due diligence on vehicle/title ownershipUpdating customer information in databases and organizing existing data in spreadsheets, including searching for and investigating informationInputting text-based and numerical information from source documents; providing data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis, and assisting with special projects that require large amounts of data entryPosition Requirements:Good communication skills via telephone and email channelsStrong, accurate data entry skills, with strong attention to detailProficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook preferredPrior experience in a Remarketing or auto environment, such as auto finance, auto title management, inventory coordination, or auto sales/resale preferred#ALINE11
