We are in search of a dedicated data entry clerk to actively maintain and enhance our company's information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with both internal team members and external clients to gather vital information. This role requires the accurate and timely entry of data into our databases, ensuring that all updates, transactions, and developments are well documented. You will also play a critical role in identifying discrepancies or errors in data entries, promptly alerting appropriate team members for resolution.

• Collecting invoices, reports, personal details, and other necessary documentation from various stakeholders.
• Analyzing information systematically to pinpoint and extract crucial details.
• Rectifying errors in the data and organizing the information for optimal entry accuracy.
• Developing precise and organized spreadsheets for internal use.
• Inputting and refreshing data in the appropriate databases.
• Implementing backup procedures for database security.
• Notifying appropriate personnel regarding data discrepancies.
• Maintaining physical records in a structured format to facilitate easy access.
• Accepting additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Completion of a high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of practical experience in a similar role.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal interactions.
• Capable of maintaining focus for extended periods while delivering accurate work at a reasonable pace.
• Proficient touch typing capabilities.
