Responsibilities:Accurately enter patient info and test orders into the system.Handle and verify patient blood samples, ensuring correct labeling and stability.Identify and flag any issues affecting testing or reporting.Operate automated aliquoting equipment.Archive and organize samples for testing and storage.Prepare batches for send-out testing.Pipette blood samples into aliquotsAssist with tasks like scanning requisitions, troubleshooting orders, and organizing freezer storage.Adhere to quality, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.Collaborate with lab associates to efficiently complete daily tasks.Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.0-2 years of related experience.Strong attention to detail.Ability to accurately follow protocols and compliance guidelines.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Flexible in adapting to process changes.Preferred: Experience in a medical or laboratory setting.#M3
