Data Entry Specialist - Rangam : Job Details

SourceAbled is seeking Lockbox Remittance Processor to transcribe confidential information from scanned images of paper documents. The Lockbox Remittance Processor combines documents into transactions and processes them through a series of workflow functions. Lockbox Remittance Processors maintain the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet efficiency standards.

This is a temp to permanent opportunity.

Job responsibilities

• Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
• Keeping information confidential

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
• Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
• Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
• Alphanumeric data entry skills
• Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
• Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
• Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group

Schedule Options -

• 1st Shift 8AM to 5PM EST - $20.00 per hour, OT is $30.00
• 2nd Shift 5PM to 12AM EST - $22.00 per hour, OT is $33.00
