The company continues to experience exponential month-over-month growth as one of the fastest-growing companies in the cannabis industry and we have begun our aggressive national expansion to all the legalized cannabis states in the USA.This position is scheduled to start in Spring of 2025Job Summary: The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical data within the company's electronic storage systems. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of data across various production-related activities, including employee attendance and headcount forecasting. The Data Entry Specialist will collaborate with administrative staff to resolve data discrepancies, maintain organized records, and adhere to best practices for data management. This position plays a key role in supporting efficient data processing, reporting, and communication with management to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.Duties/Responsibilities:Collect and digitize data from various sources, including employee attendance, headcount forecasts, and other production-related data.Maintain a detailed and organized storage system to ensure data entries are complete and accurate.Establish data entry standards by continually updating filing systems to improve data quality.Address data inconsistencies by working with administrative staff to locate missing data.Respond to data queries and report any major data errors to management.Adhere to best practices for data management while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.Required Skills/Abilities:Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.Thorough knowledge of MS Excel.Strong attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.Proficient typing skills and experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.Education and Experience:A high school diploma or GED.2+ years of experience as a data entry specialist.1+ years of experience in an HR-related role is preferred.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.EEOC: DreamFields is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
