DME Data Entry SpecialistLocation (city, state): Manchester, NH Industry: Healthcare Pay: $18-24, based on experience About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring for a client in the healthcare industry who is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented DME Data Entry Specialist. This role involves managing and accurately entering patient data, with a focus on durable medical equipment (DME). Job Description: The DME Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the precise entry and management of patient information. The specialist will handle new patient data, manage referrals, verify insurance coverage, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Input new patient information
- Transfer paper records to the Brightree system
- Manage referrals for DME and respiratory services
- Verify primary and secondary insurance coverage
- Generate and process delivery tickets for new patients
- Initiate and maintain patient records, including consent forms
- Understand and manage payor contacts, rates, and coverage details
- Assess Medicare Part B coverage for patient eligibility
- Communicate non-coverage issues and direct patients to financial assistance resources
- Participate in department quality improvement activities
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Collaborate with the billing team and other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in the DME sector a plus
- Proficiency in data entry
- Familiarity with Brightree (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
