Data Entry Specialist - Insight Global : Job Details

Position: Data Entry Specialist

Working Hours: M-F Onsite 7:00-5:00

• Previous data entry or admin experience
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• Detail oriented

Day-to-day:

An employer in the San Antonio, TX area is looking for a data entry specialist. This person will support the modeling efforts across the company. They will be pulling out numbers of plan sheets for all dimensions, callouts, conduit sizes, etc. They will be completing around 60-70 plan sheets a day. This is a role where the person will work independently on their computer, using Revit to finalize the drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Positioning and cleanup of views on sheets
• Dimensioning and tagging of all fabrication drawings
• Dimensioning and tagging of all Field Installation drawings (hangers, jboxes, conduit sizes, etc.)
• Export from REVIT to our server
• Upload of all files to Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Initiate the review process in ACC for QA/QC compliance with BSE Standards prior to fabrication.
• Implementation of QA/QC markups.
