Position Details:

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Shifts Available:
• Shift A: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Week 1: Sunday - Wednesday
• Week 2: Sunday - Tuesday
• Shift B: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night shift differential pay available)
• Week 1: Sunday - Wednesday
• Week 2: Sunday - Tuesday
• Shift C: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Week 1: Thursday - Saturday
• Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday
• Shift D: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night shift differential pay available)
• Week 1: Thursday - Saturday
• Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday

Responsibilities:

• A group of Inventory techs will gather information from stored, received and shipped products and share that with the WMS Data Entry/Processor person to input the updated data on the Warehouse Management System in order to maintain the Warehouse Data accurate for reports, audits etc.
• Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and update inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure accessibility and proper storage.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management roles.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software; experience with Oracle is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including night shifts if applicable.
