Full-Time Data Entry Lead IV $23/HR-

Responsibilities: This is an onsite opportunity in Carol Stream, IL.

• Adhere to policies and procedures
• Open shift each morning
• Assess workload and allocate staff accordingly
• Alert the project manager and/or ops manager of any evident issues that may interfere with daily production
• Monitor mail room status when management/supervisors are not on site
• Complete the mailroom error log each day
• Superuser functions in OPENSCAN
• Notify supervisor of training needs for employees in your area
• Set an example for line workers as a team player
• Support and assist management in achieving the highest level of performance
• Meet SLA contractual requirements to be met each day

WORK SCHEDULE:

Schedule to include 4 weekdays and Saturdays. (One day off during the week and Sundays off). **Schedule is a guide only, must be flexible and able to work overtime and other hours as needed by unitHours of Operation for the department:Monday 4 am - completion (typically a 10-12 hour work day)Tuesday 6 am - completion Wed -Sat: 6 am to completion

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 years of related experience

Background and Drug screening are required.
