Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Data Governance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients understand and optimize their data landscape. You will work closely with clients to identify data affinities and ensure effective data governance practices. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to contribute to various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Client Data Landscape: Work with clients to understand their data environment, including data sources, data flows, and data usage.
• Identify Data Affinities: Spot relationships and connections within the data to help clients leverage their data more effectively.
• Client Communication: Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and deliver insights.
• Proactive Self-Starter: Take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving projects forward.
• Project Contribution: Collaborate with team members on data governance projects, providing valuable input and support.
• Provide Input: Actively participate in meetings and discussions, sharing your ideas and perspectives to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
