Responsibilities:

+ Answering customer calls and emails, providing end user support on software, hardware, and network related platforms.

+ Installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and diagnosing PCs, servers, network hardware, network software, and other peripheral equipment.

+ Troubleshooting network cabling and other hardware.

+ Responding efficiently with solutions to malfunctions, while maintaining business continuity.

+ Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

+ Create, maintain, and constantly look for solutions to improve the user experience.

ACLD has over 1,300 employees with locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Technologies you will be working with-

SQL Database, Hosted applications, O365, Azure, Multi-Factor Authentication, Security Management Systems, Mobile apps, Cisco wireless LANs, eHealth Record, VoIP, VMWare.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors Degree in technology related field; will consider Associates Degree in technology related field plus Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or other networking certification.

+ Minimum one (1) year IT experience in computer systems or support.

+ Knowledge of CISCO, Microsoft Operating Systems and configuration, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.

+ Knowledge of VM Ware environment and configuration.

+ Clean, valid NYS drivers license.
