Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director. Responsibilities Provide support in reporting processes and ensure accuracy and predictability of metrics Help with the automation of reporting to support the sales team and organization Oversee the current and future preparation of reports is accurate and done in a timely manner Collaborate with the team to enhance an existing report or create a report as needed Support as needed to answer questions reading reporting processes and how it can be enhanced Provide ad hoc support and insights to the team on various strategic initiatives and operational workflows to drive efficiency and productivity Ability to update existing dashboard to make any updates as necessary and create any additional views as needed. Qualifications 5 to 7 years of business experience; experience in technology of digital media industry a plus Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deadlines in a fast-paced environment Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills Bachelor's degree, in BS Computer Science or related technical background Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL Working experience with BI tools such as Tableau, DOMO, Quicksight Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
