Data Reconciliation Clerk - MSCCN : Job Details

Data Reconciliation Clerk(s) The Data Reconciliation Clerk will review service data in the Dispatch & Scheduling system for accuracy and completeness. The Data Reconciliation Clerk will report to the Call Center Training Manager. Pay: $20.00 Hourly Duties and responsibilities include: Reviewing service data in the Dispatch & Scheduling system, paying particular attention to status codes and performance times Identifying questionable or incorrect data and working with the operations staff to make corrections as appropriate Working collaboratively with the Information Technologies team to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets Demonstrates ability to work independently Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills (written and oral) About Transdev: Cities, counties, airports, companies, and universities across the U.S. contract with Transdev to operate their transportation systems, maintain their vehicle and fleets, and deliver on mobility solutions.
