If you are someone who can be yourself, advocate for others, stay nimble, dream big, own every outcome, and think global but act local come join our team!Primarily responsible for working with business users to create reports and dashboards.Essential Job Functions:Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data from operational systemsBuild reports and data extractsDesign and build visualizations and dashboardsWork with Subject matter experts to define reporting and business intelligence requirementsMentor, review, improve and ensure the quality of work of junior analystsRelease approved reports/stored procedures/dashboards to production and assist in operational release cyclesDevelop ETL processes to import data into reporting and business intelligence architectureBuild data validations to ensure the quality of data and reportingOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications/ Requirements:Four year college degree or equivalent level of education and experienceProficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite1-2 years of residential or commercial mortgage experience3-5 years experience building t-SQL statements, MySQL preferred1-2 years working with a business intelligence tool, Tableau experience highly desirableProficient with SQL Server Reporting ServicesExperience with ETL tools desirable, SSIS preferredStrong communication (written and oral) skillsStrong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinkerDetail oriented and organizedStrong commitment and dedication to the position and a Team PlayerSpecial Requirements:The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employmentWorking Conditions:Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard useAlternating between sitting or standing as neededHearing, talking, reaching, grasping#LI-AS1 #LI-REMOTENote: This job description is not intended to be all inclusive or exclusive. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
