I'm partnering with a global leader in online gaming innovation that is on the lookout for a Data Scientist to join their growing Advanced Analytics team. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for predictive modeling and customer behavior analytics, this role is for you!

The Role: Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist, you'll analyze player behavior across a user base of 35M+ players, building models to predict churn, optimize customer acquisition, and enhance retention. Your insights will directly shape strategies to drive player loyalty and engagement.

Your Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in predictive analytics or data science

Hands-on expertise in churn prediction, LTV analysis, recommendation systems, and decision trees

Proficiency in Python (or R) and experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI preferred)

Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty analytics

Ability to thrive in an agile, startup-like environment with a collaborative mindset

Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, or a related field
