About the role

Apply advanced computational techniques in the development of business solutions to data-intensive problems in the food industry. This role will own the design and optimization of the Guided Chef app, working closely with stakeholders across the company for this business critical tool.

Responsibilities

* Develop innovative solutions for real-world optimization problems

* Design and implement production algorithms for our Guided Chef

* Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Work closely with product managers and software engineering counterparts to identify algorithm requirements

The experience you have

* Master's or PhD in Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline

* Programming experience

* Strong knowledge of optimization and algorithms

* Experience applying analytical and programming skills against data-intensive and complex modeling or systems development
