WHO we're looking for:We are looking for a Data Scientist/Software Engineer with a blend of data science and software engineering experience, ensuring comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
Role and Responsibilities:- Prepare data for analysis by cleaning, filtering, and transforming it. Engineer features to enhance model performance.
- Choose suitable machine learning algorithms and evaluate model performance using relevant metrics.
- Create visualizations to represent data effectively for various stakeholders. Communicate insights derived from data analysis and ML models.
- Deploy ML models in production environments. Manage model hyperparameters, training, retraining, version tracking, and governance.
- Collaborate with teams and document the ML pipeline, including data sources, feature engineering, and model selection.
- Stay updated with the latest ML advancements and engage in self-learning and research activities.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or similar technical field w/4+ years' experience or Master's Degree in computer science or similar technical field w/1+ years' experience.
- Experience encompassing the following areas:
- Experienced software engineer in full lifecycle software development (from requirements phase to production deployment).
- Seasoned Data Scientist working with AI/ML Models, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract valuable insights from data.
- Deep expertise in Full Stack Development and Python programming.
- Proficient in working with Databases (MongoDB preferred)
- Adept in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins deployment, with the ability to create change requests for code deployment.
- Document-savvy, with a preference for candidates willing to handle documentation tasks, and have completed one project, End to End - SDLC, experience.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- BERT, Tiny BERT, PiTorch, Random Forrest - Machine Learning models, LLM (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Mixtral etc.) and Prompt Engineering.
- MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Server - Databases
- Python, R, NodeJS - Programming languages - Must be highly proficient in coding.
- Splunk, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, VSCode, AutoSys - Development and deployment tools.
