Data Specialist - County of Forsyth North Carolina : Job Details

Forsyth County's Office of Environmental Assistance and Protection has an exciting opportunity for a Data Specialist. This position develops, builds, manages and maintains comprehensive data management systems using relational databases and spreadsheets for a wide variety of managerial and technical applications. The majority of work is focused on the development, implementation, documentation and maintenance of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Access databases requiring extensive use of MS Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Additionally, advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Query, the Power Query M formula language and Power BI as well.
