Job Description:

Hexaware is currently seeking a dedicated Data/System Analyst to lead our infrastructure projects in McLean, VA (Day 1 Onsite 3 Days onsite 2 Days Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis and design, with extensive experience in XML, JSON, GraphQL, and SQL. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions to enhance our technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate complex systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Design and implement system solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Utilize XML, JSON, and GraphQL to develop and integrate data exchange solutions.

Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, manipulation, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.

Provide technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders.

Document system specifications, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role with a strong technical focus.

Proficiency in XML, JSON, GraphQL, and SQL.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with system integration and data exchange processes.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with additional programming languages or technologies.

Experience in project management or leading technical projects.

Knowledge of cloud-based systems and services.
