Our healthcare insurance client is looking for a Data Lead to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's data strategy and analytics capabilities. This individual will oversee data governance, integration, and analytics efforts to support informed decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing large-scale healthcare datasets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enabling advanced analytics for business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the execution of the organization's data vision and strategy to align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and implement best practices for data governance.
• Drive data quality and consistency by managing data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead integration of complex healthcare data sources, ensuring seamless data workflows and accessibility.
• Design and deploy scalable data infrastructure solutions, including cloud-based platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and translate them into actionable insights.
• Manage the development of advanced analytics, predictive models, and machine learning applications to support business goals.
• Create and maintain visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time decision-making.

Skill Set:

• 4+ years of experience with Python, Unix/Linux, or Perl/Shell scripting
• 4+ years of experience with Teradata & SQL, or Airflow
• 4+ years of working knowledge of Spark/Scala, or DataStage
• Strong understanding of data warehouse & SQL concepts
• Expert in data analysis, data profiling, data lineage
• Knowledge of working on high volume of data handling and ETL/ELT solutions
• Ability to work well with presentations and strong communication with business/IT leaders
• Flexible to pick any project task i.e., development, testing or data analysis
