Any discrepancies are reported and reviewed by The CSP/Intake Coordinator and Customer Service Providers.Status: Per DiemLocation: Rochester Regional Home Health Care Monroe AveDepartment: Home Care Plus AdminSchedule: Days & EveningsAttributes:High School diploma required.Must be computer literate.Must be detail oriented.Excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities: Enters accurate and comprehensive review of the activity/time sheet.Verifies that patient names and addresses match the computer recordsVerifies appropriate signatures, activities marked, and date and time recorded.Ensures all shifts submitted on time sheet are verified for accurate payment to employee.Ensures that any HHA activity record with a written comment is submitted to the Manager for review.PAY SUMMARY: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
