Location: Basking Ridge NJ & Dallas, TX HYBRID Day 1 onsite 3 days

Required:

• Minimum 8 – 10 years in Datawarehousing Development capacity 2 years in recent engagements in a lead capacity
• KNIME current project knowledge
• Google Apps usage Integration
• Solid SQL Scripting background

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Automation Specialist with expertise in KNIME, Alteryx, and database management. The ideal candidate will extract and process data from Teradata, Google BigQuery, and other databases, delivering actionable insights. Experience with Google Apps Script is highly desirable. Responsibilities include optimizing queries, automating workflows, and cleaning data using Python and SQL.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data workflow automation and ETL processes using KNIME or Alteryx.
• Strong understanding of data integration, management, and workflow automation concepts.
• Proficient in working with SQL databases, APIs, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Expertise in Alteryx, KNIME, Teradata, Google BigQuery, and Google Apps Script.
• Experience with pulling data from data warehouses like Teradata and BigQuery.
• Proven ability to automate processes and create intuitive dashboards for business users.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Preferred knowledge of Qlik and programming skills in Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and automate workflows using KNIME to optimize data processing and analysis.
• Optimize and convert Alteryx workflows to KNIME, ensuring efficient data automation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and team members to deliver automated solutions for financial reporting.
• Automate dashboard creation using tools like Qlik, enhancing real-time business insights.
• Utilize Python for data cleaning and processing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Lead data discovery initiatives to uncover valuable business insights.
• Consolidate multiple reports into streamlined dashboards using KNIME for improved visualization.
• Extract data from Teradata and Google BigQuery, creating derived datasets for KPI monitoring.
• Support report automation and streamline report generation and distribution processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing of reports to ensure data alignment and quality standards.
• Leverage Google Apps Script to automate tasks and enhance productivity in Google Workspace.
