Database Administrator - Beacon Hill : Job Details

Our client, an investment firm located in the Meatpacking district, is seeking a Temporary Contact Database Administrator to update the CEO's extensive contact list! This position starts ideally on September 18th and will last for 1 - 2 months with flexibility to extend. This will be in-office 5 days with some hybrid flexibility. Hours are 9am - 5/6pm with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating the CEO's contact list by completing, updating, or deleting contacts.
• Coordinate with team EA's to confirm information is accurate.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a corporate office setting having handled 3+ data entry projects
• Degree highly preferred
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech savvy
• Must be discrete

Compensation/Benefits:

• Hourly rate up to $25/hr
• Paid lunch daily when working in the office
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Coffee runs paid for
