Day Custodian at CBM Systems L.L.C.

Shift: Monday through Friday

Winter Hours 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

Summer Hours 11:30am - 8:30pm

Wage: $18.00/hr.

Location: Japanese Garden 611 SW Kingston Ave, Portland, OR 97205

Requirements:

• You must be at or over 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak or understand English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Able to drive a golf cart throughout the premises.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:

• Reporting client requests to account manager
• Maintaining Common areas
• Restocking Supplies
• Customer Service/Communication with Clients
• Vacuuming
• Cleaning Restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Cleaning Windows
