What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily scale operations to ensure accurate and efficient weighing of materials.

• Maintain and troubleshoot scale equipment to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with drivers and plant personnel to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Generate and manage reports related to scale operations.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling scale operations.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.

• Competency in using computer systems and software for reporting.

• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.

• Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
