Daycare Worker (Full-Time) - Hackensack Meridian Health : Job Details

A day in the life of a Daycare Worker at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:Communicating with center families effectively and professionally. Adapting to the children's developmental needs and executing the daycare's curriculum accordingly. Be properly prepared during emergency situations, such as fire drills, medical emergencies, etc. Maintaining an open line of communication amongst fellow daycare workers, teachers and management. Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior. Qualifications. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
