Job Summary: We are seeking mature, caring and dependable people to be part of a team of caregivers providing care for seniors in the community. You will assist them in their home with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, bathroom, grooming and dressing assistance. We are looking for caregivers to cover days, evening/nights, overnights shifts.

Location: Bloomington Area / South Metro, MN

Shifts: Day shifts available Hours: 12 - 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance
• Toileting assistance
• Medication reminders
• Conversation and companionship
• Errands and transportation
• Dementia Care

Qualifications and Skills

• High school or equivalent
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• 21 years of age or older
• 2 Step TB test (Mantoux)
• Dementia Experience
