About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DCW to join our team in CASA GRANDE, AZ. We cover Pinal County. As a DCW, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and livetheir lives to the fullest. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our clients, helping them to live independently and with dignity.Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Certification as a DCW or CNA
- Experience with medication administration
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and transportation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing client care
Skills:As a DCW, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
