Summary: We are seeking a dedicated DDCA/CNA to provide compassionate care to our residents during weekend doubles, 7 AM to 7 PM. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
• Monitor and document patient health and behavior
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
