Description Summary:Responsible for dealing a variety of Table Games in a professional and proficient manner while adhering to all policies and procedures remaining in compliance with gaming regulations.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service standards and procedures.
  • Deal live table games with efficiency, proficiency and professionalism while providing exceptional guest service.
  • Advise supervisor or manager of irregular play or possible gaming violations.
  • Advise supervisor or manager of any personnel or operational challenges.
  • Ensures bankroll on their respective game is kept at par.
  • Verify fills/credit slips for accuracy.
  • Utilizes playing cards and/or dice and reviews them for irregularities throughout the shift.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have working knowledge of blackjack, roulette, and novelty games offered, craps - experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work in smoke filled environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with guests, fellow team members, supervisors, and managers
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • The primary language spoken and written is English
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
  • Required to stand continuously during shift.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
  • Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail.
  • Need to distinguish between shades of color.
