The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, collaborative, and inclusive leadership at both the institutional and college levels. This includes leading efforts to recruit, retain, and graduate a diverse student body, as well as fostering community engagement and advancing the institution's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Dean will also be tasked with diversifying revenue sources, ensuring the vitality of academic programs, and creating a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making. The role requires a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 3 years' academic leadership experience, and a proven track record in fostering faculty engagement and success.The ideal candidate for the Dean position at the Monfort College of Business will have a deep understanding of the current state of business education and a vision for the college's future that includes growth in academic programs and cross-disciplinary collaborations. They should be adept at managing change, innovating, and making difficult decisions in a collaborative and inclusive manner.
