About the Role

The Company is seeking a Dean for its Bryan School of Business & Economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and administrative leadership to the school, overseeing academic programs, faculty, and student affairs. Additionally, the role involves representing the school both internally and externally, maintaining and enhancing relationships with industry partners, and ensuring the school's continued growth and success. Candidates for the Dean position at the company should have a terminal degree in a relevant field and a distinguished record of scholarly achievement suitable for a tenured appointment at the rank of full professor within the school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic administration, a clear vision for the future of business and economics education, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and fundraising is essential. The Dean should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and inspire a diverse community, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing higher education in the business and economics disciplines.
