In this role you will provide operational support to our cliental. Flex Officers will gain a broad, specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts & will be evaluated for leadership & further growth potential.Typical Flex Officer Objectives:

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability needed.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.
• Responds to all alarms, disturbances and incidents that may occur.
• Writes reports, sends emails and keeps up with day-to-day operations.
• Patrol interior and exterior of the premises.
• Serve as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions.
• Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or client rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the property, client employees and visitors.
• Report all incidents, accidents and/or medical emergencies to the Global Security Operations (GSOC).
• Follows procedures to respond to emergencies and alarms, such as medical incident or bomb threats, or fire alarms or intrusion.
• Comes to work well rested and alert; is on time and completes shift assignments (including overtime, if assigned)
• Has a neat, professional appearance and arrives at work dressed in complete and clean assigned uniform that was assigned to by client site.
• Understands and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules, and regulations.

Flex Officer Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma OR GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must be able to successfully complete CPR, First Aid and AED training and certification.
• Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
• Able to patrol for extended periods of time and in all weather conditions
