Job Description:

This is aSeasonal Delivery Associate ( DA )position with Fancy Footwork, LLC (the Company). FANCY FOOTWORK, LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Associatesstrive to get every Amazon order to the customers door on-time and with a smile. In mid-January, Seasonal DAswill have the opportunity to become Permanent Full-Time employees.

Delivery AssociateBenefits & Scheduling:

• $20.25/hour(paid biweekly)

• 10-hour shifts are typical

• 4-day workweek and up to 40 hoursis typical with some opportunity for overtime

Delivery DriverKey Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle anddeliverpackageson time

• Safelydrive and perform safetyinspectionson Company vehicle

• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

• Provideexcellent customer serviceand satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions

• Keep paceinphysically demandingjob; work in allweatherconditions and on various routes;liftpackages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations

• Communicate effectivelywith support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

• Usesmartphone devicefor GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Delivery Associate Requirements:

• Must beat least 21 years old

• Must hold an unrestricted drivers license

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Must successfully pass a4-Panel Drug Screening

• Must have a satisfactorymotor vehicle report

• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing /communicationskills

Delivery Associate Equipment Provided:

• Delivery Vehicle & Gas

• Handheld technology

• Uniforms

• Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately1-2 WEEKSto COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state drivers license.
