ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assists customers in personalizing their vehicle technology settings
  • Performs a detailed delivery to the customer including a through explanation of the proper operation of the vehicle features and all the documentation and resources available to them
  • Performs deliveries with customers to address and solve lingering functionality questions subsequent to the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Delivers an exceptional experience in all customer interactions
  • Re-delivers vehicles with customers and reviews all features and benefits, such as Bluetooth phone pairing, navigations, cruise control, satellite radio, tire pressure monitoring system and multi-function displays
  • Answers any questions or concerns customers have about their vehicle
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Position RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Reliable transportation and attendance
  • Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team oriented
  • Self-starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
