Better yet, become one! CPI has an immediate need for a Delivery Driver in CPI's Georgetown, Texas location.As a CPI Delivery Driver, you will be driving between our network of outsourcing partners picking up and dropping off materials to support production. This individual will need to be able to offer World Class Service to both our partners and our internal teams. This individual must be flexible in job duties to include on slower days to assist the warehouse and receiving teams.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Drive a 26ft box truck to and from offsite partners.
  • Maintain fuel and DEF in the truck.
  • Maintain receipts for fuel and DEF to be reconciled weekly.
  • Adhere to ALL traffic laws to prevent any ticket able offense.
  • Operation of pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe manner.
  • Maintain charge and service of Electric Pallet Jack.
  • Assist warehouse and receiving personnel on an as needed or as time permits basis.

Technical Competencies
  • High school diploma or above.
  • Must possess a current State Issued Driver's License.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to drive a 26 foot box truck for multiple hours per day
  • Knowledge of pack lists, BOL, and miscellaneous shipper.
  • Some knowledge of the shipping and receiving process.
  • Ability to collect signatures for materials picked up and dropped off.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Sitting, standing, climbing for long periods throughout the day.
  • Dusty, hot, and cold environment.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently
  • May require the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
