Delivery Driver - Leaders Furniture : Job Details

We are creating a world-class delivery team fueled by a passion for exceptional customer service! Our delivery team plays a vital role in the sales process, bringing our outdoor furniture into the homes of our customers. We seek individuals who rise each day with a spirit of gratitude, thankfulness,and a desire to help others.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday.

Hours: 6:00 a.m. – Route is complete, home every evening

Distribution Center Location: 6303 126th Avenue N, Largo, FL 33773

On average $45,000 a year; great drivers earn over $55,000 a year.

• Drivers are paid a base hourly rate of $13.00 + Overtime
• First time Completion bonus bi-weekly (Based on Miles Driven + Piece Count)

Job Description

• In home delivery of furniture and accessories to customers' homes
• Driving Isuzu NPR-HD Standard cap with 32' trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Trailers are loaded for Drivers prior to their shift, arrive and drive!
• Deliver our great outdoor furniture to our customers and to our retail locations.
• Provide directions to your helper to ensure your team can operate at an optimum level.
• Always provide 100% customer service

What we need from you

• You must have no more than three points on your driver's license with three years of driving history.
• Able to lift 20lbs frequently, 50lbs occasionally, and over 50lbs in a team lift.
• Able to clearly communicate with customers in English.
• Positive attitude
