Position Summary:Truck Drivers are responsible for Cabinet deliveries to our customers throughout the Midwest. Drivers interact with the customers directly and are responsible for outstanding customer service at all times. Drivers must be able to push/pull heavy cabinets at each stop and be hands on if needed.Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Drive 26ft box truck and follow all safety procedures per company policy.
- Provide the highest quality customer service at all times including accurate and timely deliveries.
- Keep complete and accurate records and logs of all deliveries.
- Double check all orders delivered for damage, completion and payment requirements.
- Be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post trip inspections.
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Schedule flexibility as routes include interstate and intrastate deliveries.
- Limited overnights as needed.
- General housekeeping is required in the department and company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 23 years old or older for insurance purposes.
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Experience driving of 26ft box truck is a plus.
- Must be able to work up to 14 hour a day once or twice a week for longer deliveries.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail and safety is critical.
- Ability to read and interpret customer orders and PO numbers and codes.
- Willingness to learn all shipping functions and ability participate in cross training.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Frequent overhead lifting, pushing, pulling, grabbing and reaching with hands and arms.
- Occasional bending, stooping and stepping up onto/into and down from vehicle.
- Constantly lift and/or move and/or manipulate up to 40 pounds
- Frequently lift and/or move and/ or manipulate 50 - 75 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move and/ or manipulate 75 - 120 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
