Start times will vary, possible early mornings. Local and possible out of state driving.Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Physically load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle in a safe, timely manner
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Maintain vehicle appearance by ensuring all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to dispatch/ managers
• Possible Warehouse duties - Clean, wash and sanitize truck's.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather) and fumes or airborne particles. Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Required to sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, squat and drive for extended periods of time.

Minimum Requirements and Employee Expectations

• Must be at least 21+ years of Age
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years for insurance purposes).
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to use smartphones and willingness to learn our company's workflow-related applications.
• Basic computer, tablet and/or smartphone skills and GPS and other routing systems
• Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks.
• Be a quick learner, detail-oriented, dependable, have a positive attitude
• Communication proficiency - Able to follow verbal and written directions
• Must NOT be restricted for access on military bases and government facilities
