May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDelivery* Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities.* Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed.* Drive to pick up/deliver parts.* Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts.* Follow all federate or state laws and regulations including company policy.* Maintain and clean/wash shop vehicles and related equipment in good condition.* May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required.Shop Organization* Sweep and take out trash in shop and public restrooms weekly or more as needed* Ensure Scrap metal is in scrap bins* Check and fill oil dry as needed* Clean oil buckets as needed* General shop maintenance* Operate / drive forklifts* Load / Unload trucks / trailers* Assist in maintaining organization of warehouse* Other duties as assignedLot & Showroom Organization* Operate / drive large and small agricultural equipment for sales department on the lot* Assist in maintaining lot appearance / cleanliness* Clean/Dust on showroom floor equipment* Stack and organize pallets/E-CratesEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE* Mechanical knowledge/experience* Forklift operation experience preferred* Good Driving record* Ability to operate Ag equipment* 1+ years' experience as trailer truck operator* CDL License preferred* High School diploma or equivalent experiencePHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS* Must be able to stand and walk, drive for long periods of time, climbing, bending, reaching pushing, pulling, leaning, and twisting.* Most duties performed in varying temperature and climates due to working outside on location and in the service department.* Must have good balance, and be able lift up to 50 lbs.Martin Tractor Inc. and its dedicated employees are trusted partners, delivering and supporting premium products and personalized solutions to agriculture, consumer, and commercial customers to ensure long-term success.We invite you to apply to become a part of our honest, hardworking, and dynamic group of dedicated employees, Our goal is to employ hard working employees who are seeking a rewarding career.
