To support the company's growth, EverOps is recruiting a Director-level role to own overall delivery and relationships with key clients. This is a highly-visible role with a significant opportunity for impact, career growth and financial rewards. You'll play a critical part in helping us scale and contribute to defining our Delivery strategy.The EverOps team leads for the given clients will report to this person. This person will assist the team lead in launching new clients and establishing good delivery practices/relationships. For established clients, this person will own senior relationships at the client and assist the EverOps team in scoping and launching key initiatives. Similar to a director of DevOps, Engineering, or IT, a strong working knowledge of the client technology stack is required to be successful. In addition, this person will work with EverOps senior executives to improve delivery across EverOps. EverOps is a 100% remote company (and always has been). - Own relationships with client executives, focusing on excellent delivery and ongoing needs
- Work closely with EverOps senior executives to create & implement EverOps' delivery strategy
- Ensure EverOps client teams are correctly staffed, delivering to plan, and content
- Assist in launching new clients by establishing key practices, reporting relationships, and first initiatives
- Advise on EverOps client team project roadmaps
- Facilitate architectural input from office of the CTO as neededQualifications
- Strong experience in management consulting for technology delivery, service delivery, or a related field, or
- Proven leadership of technology teams with a focus on engineer satisfaction, planning visibility, and efficient delivery
- Technology background in tech stacks related to Cloud, DevOps, IT, or Software Engineering
- Experience owning high level relationships across multiple companies and stakeholders
- Strong acumen in planning and roadmap execution
- Natural problem solver and strategic thinker
- Intense curiosity and hunger to learn and make a significant impact on the organization
- Experience using data to drive decision making
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
