Position: Delivery Operations Specialist

Duration: 5 Months (Possible extension)

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute project activities effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making, utilizing tools such as SAP S/4 and SAP reporting when necessary.
• Optimize and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee purchase order management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate expertise in process management and supplier management to support business needs.

Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Alternatives may include:
• PhD or Law degree with 1 year of experience.
• Master's degree with 0-3 years of experience.
• Associate's degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• High School diploma with 3-5 years of experience.
