The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.Responsibilities:

• Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards
• Ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process
• Contact customers to confirm delivery details and schedules
• Determine the appropriate placement of merchandise upon delivery
• Follow safety and lifting protocols during deliveries
• Conduct regular safety reviews and address any concerns or issues promptly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in delivery, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in the loading and unloading process
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, well-organized, focused, attentive to details
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for at least 8 hours
