As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting several departments within the dealerships and providing prompt service to customers. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle What Winning Looks Like:
  • Demonstrating a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
  • Assist sales professionals with deliveries
  • Assist in selling products before heading back into finance (clear mask, max shield, and accessories).
  • Greet guests and assist on the showroom floor
  • Assist valets with moving vehicles on the lot and reconditioning
  • Answering phone calls as needed
  • Deliver parts to wholesale customers as needed
  • Assist co-workers with daily routines as needed
Skills Needed to Win:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Clean driving record
  • Must possess strong customer service and hospitality skills
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Previous Mercedes-Benz experience preferred

  • Deliver sold vehicles at the dealership or to the guest at designated locations
  • Inspect vehicles to detect damage and confirm the presence of accessories listed on the MSRP
  • Ensure vehicle serial numbers matches the the delivery paperwork
  • Complete delivery paperwork in a timely manner as defined by dealership
  • Assist the guest with Enform registration
  • Arrive on time to scheduled appointments and maintain constant communication with the designated sales personnel on each vehicle delivery reporting back on any issues, concerns, or schedule changes
  • Stay current with all product knowledge, especially regarding new features, accessories and the benefits.
  • Maintain Delivery Specialist Certification per Lexus compliance
  • Introduce guest to dealership operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize to guest the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations.
  • Maintain and achieve the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management
  • Perform other administrative duties but not limited to as assigned by management
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all actions
  • Participate in all related training such as Hospitality, product knowledge, et.
  • Always maintain professional appearance and uniform. Properly groomed.
  • On occasions, assist with lot merchandising and organization
