Delivery Specialist - onewater : Job Details

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionDelivery Specialists at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding high expectations guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. This position is full time and requires on site presence during store hours Tuesday through Saturday. Overtime, benefits, and PTO are available. Duties & Responsibilities

• Effectively works closely with sales team and Service Writers to ensure the customer has an excellent experience.
• Professionally and safely deliver, pick up, and transport boats to and from customers while satisfying all of their needs and concerns.
• Completes OneWater product training and familiarizes them self with all aspects of the boats we sell and service.
• Adequate and confident with operating a truck and trailer.
• Maintains order of the boat/trailer lot, storage building, etc.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtains OneWater Product Certifications as needed.
• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation.
• Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat.
• Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
• Achieves or exceeds delivery goals
• Maritime experience, USCG credentials and endorsements, boating license, drivers license.
• Lift 10 lbs infrequently
• Seated, Stooping, Climbing
