This position will function as the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment's Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) liaison between F-35 Sustainment Quality Management, Modification, Upgrade, and Operations (MUO) team-members, and Hill Air Force Base's Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) personnel.
Responsibilities include:
* Implementing Quality Assurance plans, policies, and surveillances schedules with LM Aero and OO-ALC personnel.
* Working directly with OO-ALC artisans for interpretation of LM specifications and processes.
* Reviewing, Delegating, and/or Performing (as needed) acceptance for work performed by OO-ALC.
* Performing periodic surveillances of Quality Processes; such as Ground operations, FOD and Tool Control, Control of Nonconforming material, Safety, Procedure compliance, calibration, etc.
* Training and execution of Quality Assurance nonconformance (NC) systems (QADs, SQARs, ALIS, LIST, etc..) for NC documentation and tactical resolution.
* Liaison with MUO Tooling team members for tool trial runs, buy-off, and overall process compliance.
* Participating in verifications/validation of Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs).
* Utilizing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) techniques and related systems to improve OO-ALC and LM Aero Quality performance.
* Coordinating with Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) Site Leader and/or LM Site Leadership on quality issues.
* Must be a United States citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
* Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems structure and requirements.
* 5 years experience with aircraft manufacturing, maintenance or modification process tools to include one or more of the following: SFM, PDM, QADS, VAS, LDM, ALIS, CMMS, CRM (ARs), JTD, or SHM.
* Experience with Quality Assurance in flight operations and depot environments.
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from other candidates:
* Knowledge of AS9100 Quality Management System and DCMA-I-8210 requirements.
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
* Previous experience with deployed field operations.
* Demonstrated ability to develop, employ, present, and react to performance-based metrics.
* Ability to write, communicate, implement, and surveil quality assurance plans and procedures.
* Experience in foreign object debris, tool control processes, and aircraft ground operations.
* Demonstrated ability to develop corrective action plans for product & policy non-conformances.
* Knowledge and training with the F-35 aircraft or other 5th generation platform
* Skills in LM Supplier Quality Management Tools and Systems.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
