Delivery Technician in Englewood - Inverness Way East **Delivery Technician**

This is the third step in a career path responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers. The role does not directly fill orders - but works to create and enhance systems and processes to enable delivery colleagues and systems to function efficiently.

**General Job Duties:**

* Maintains high volume case queue **** handling day to day requests within established team SLAs

* Runs recurring and one-time list requests on various entitlement systems (queries shared by Data Quality Analyst)

* Troubleshoots customer access issues

* Answers complex questions and requests from our internal customers

* Identifies and shares systems enhancement ideas with team

* Strictly adheres to internal policies and guidelines

* Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of job related tools and applications

* Maintain a 100% compliant control environment for both SOX and non-SOX processes

* Able to work independently on various projects and tasks as delegated by team leader within project timeframe

* Supports delivery coordinators by answering process and system related questions

* Completes account and data cleanup tasks as requested which often involve complex account setups, account research and data validation as well as user reconciliation

* Completes bulk user and entitlements changes

**Required Education:**

* High School diploma or equivalent required

* 1-2 years experience in IHS Markit Global Delivery

**Other Skills:**

* Proficient in MS Office

* Proficient in use of internal delivery systems and applications

* Proficient in use of customer-facing portals (preferred)

* Entry level of SQL knowledge (beneficial)

* Well organized and able to meet deadlines.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Must be able to perform high work volume with minimal errors and supervision

* Ability to communicate courteously and proactively with all levels within the company

* Performs administrative, professional and/or technical duties that are more complex.

* May handle situations that could require some deviation from standard procedures in response to difficult issues

* For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated base salary range for this role would be between $46,000 and $63,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant
